What CRMs does the Z Lister connect to?
Currently the Z Lister can connect directly with KVCore, Follow-Up-Boss and Go High Level
Does the Z Lister violate the TOS on Zillow?
No. The Z Lister tool does not scrape Zillow like a traditional scraping tool. It uses a very complex A.I. to gather information and then automates the process on Facebook.
How many listings can I post on Facebook per day?
Facebook does not provide information on limits. Most people can post between 5-10 listings per day. A good rule of thumb is to make sure NOT to post one listing after another. Facebook looks at this behavior as spammy and it can trigger their system to block you.
